Important insight last week on why I procrastinate -- anger. Important discussion with my therapist today -- helplessness + anger = procrastination. I have to learn to complain to my superiors...
So I am going to try out a different method of dealing with my anger, namely ranting on the keyboard. Hey, what's the point of having a LJ if I don't get to share my rants with the entire world?

Whew, long rant, but I feel a bit better. Hopefully Brooke will be back in town soon so I can complain to her. I suppose this is the first step on the way to being a BNF....
