okay, who hijacked Hennepin County Libraries' website?
Going to www.hclib.org gets me some garbage from Network Solutions. This.Is.Decidedly.Not.Cool. We are talking not being able to reserve books on-line here (a crime!), and losing the ability to check and see whether there are books due today (incurring fines!).
This is:
1) hostile hijack
2) Hennepin County Libraries failing to pay its bill
(note that there have been lots of outages in the last month, but the site itself has never totally *disappeared* before)
