Thank you very much for your suggestions! I couldn’t find that exact pamphlet on Amazon or ThriftBooks, but I was able to find something similar, I think. Embroidery Tips & Hints by Harold Hayes, and then this: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/1935726595/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 a carry-along reference guide which is exactly what I was looking for
