I found five different color combinations that I am considering for the perspective shawl (see last entry). Two different blue/gold options, one charcoal gray/antique brass, one gray/blue, one fog/huckleberry. See them here: https://www.ravelry.com/projects/kaylarudbek/perspective

First decision is what combination, second decision is whether the main color will be light or dark.

My mother is not being helpful on this one, and the jackal collective at Balloon Juice has also not rendered an opinion. Any suggestions out there?

Blue/gold#2 or fog/huckleberry; maybe charcoal/brass. The others seem a little close in value for this kind of shawl, unless you want the pattern to be more subtle.

I think that blue/gold#2 it is, which will make knitting nights at my local yarn store easier (I do like to show up with the yarn I buy there in the project I’m working on).
