Thanksgiving running

Well, I guess that one thing to be thankful for is that I set four personal records in the Garmin app on the turkey trot run. Records for fastest 1K, 1 mile, 5k, and then for longest distance (although I’m not sure if these are for all time or just for this year). Only 3 minutes slower than last year on the same course and I was walking more this year than last year. My feet, ankles, legs, and back are sore so I should go take some ibuprofen and go to bed now. And it may have aggravated the blister on my right foot from walking to and from the library last Saturday.
