Argh. The bus home was crowded, so not much chance to work, and Mr. Rudbek made roast, which takes forever, so I got my dinner very late. At least we have dinner for most of the rest of the week now.

Some more work done on Vector's Challenge, some work done on the federal courts outline, and four books checked out for the IPLR Comment. Privacy Law, Cases and Materials, Richard C. Turkington and Anita L. Allen (casebook, but I need a place to start); The Law of Defamation and the Internet, Matthew Collins (looks interesting, UK and Australian law, published by Oxford Univ. Press); The Libel Revolution: A New Look at Defamation and Privacy, Michael F. Mayer; Errors, Lies, and Libel, Kane. And two books in at the main university library for the licensing paper, so I will be heading over there tomorrow afternoon.

I am now staring at ADR and realizing that the ADR outline will be quite a pain to put together. The book is in draft form, which means that the internal organization/outline of the book itself is not put together. This is even worse than the Federal Courts professor, who I firmly believe is an adherent of the "Rand McNally School of Bicycle Touring." You have an idea of where you are starting and ending the entire trip, but you don't have as much detail as you feel you need to navigate from A to B on a day-to-day basis. The Civ. Proc. professor, on the other hand, is the avatar of organized. I seriously want to ask him how he does it, or ask him to be a research subject for science so that the rest of us can all benefit...
