AKICIF: QLTT

Question: would there be any market for a US-qualified patent attorney to go take the QLTT and become qualified to practice law in other common-law jurisdictions?

In the US or in the UK? It might make you more marketable to bigger law firms with multi jurisdictional work, but that would depend on you having the right base qualifications to get into them, and whether you had the right sort of experience to get in on the US side as it were.

And I'd also say that experience tends to be more important than exams. You could ask on fandom attorney.
