Just got done reading The Black Count by Tom Reiss. The plot bunny it turned up is "what if Thomas-Alexandre Dumas had managed to get assigned to the Peninsular War in Spain as a general/commanding officer?" Like I know enough about the Napoleonic Era to actually find the right turning point for the AU....

I just came across your story Vector's Challenge. It was an interesting plot with great characterizations. I really like that you use some underutilized characters from canon and also great original characters. I'm only sorry that you didn't finish it, but thanks for the enjoyment I had reading what you did write. I read it on astronomy tower but didn't see a place to comment there which is why I did here.
