AKICIF: what do I do with a person who's adopted the same gmail account as me?

Ok. So earlier yesterday I get two emails to my RL gmail account: first one that I'd set up an account w/ a nationally known housewares company, then a second email confirming my order to an address with my RL name, but not my RL address. I search the address on google: it exists. I put both emails into spam. Then I search my RL name and the address from the email, and find out much to my surprise that there is someone at that address with the same RL name as well. (The chance of this happening was roughly 10 in 314 million. Before tonight, I would have bet money that my RL name was only held by me.)

My question: do I give the other person a telephone call and let her know that the emails intended for her went to me?
