More plotting of acquisitions, and frustrations with the needlework

Right now, I am only happy with my current knitting project, and I am frustrated with both the lunar blossom and the lobster apron projects. The lunar blossom one is giving me trouble with the gibbous moon not looking like I want it to, and I think I have made some mistakes on the lobster apron so I had to dig out my knitting magnetic pattern holder/tracker so I could decide which row I was actually working on. I may have to resort to green highlighter tape if that doesn’t work.

I’m trying to pare down my shopping cart at https://cozybluehandmade.com/ and not having much success. I may have to resort to buying the iron on transfers as opposed to the full kits (printed fabric, floss, hoop, and needle) or the printed fabric with instructions (cheaper option) but then again I would have to buy a blank tote bag or something to actually use the transfer on, so maybe not saving money in the end?

And I am having startitis because I have less than 50 rows to go on the overpass shawl and I’m worried that I will finish it on my vacation and then I will need another knitting project to work on. I could probably take the year-long mystery knit along one with me and work on the August clue that just came out today. But I really want to start on something with the new linen yarn and see how I like it.
