More knitting decisions

So I finished off my silver parlor wrap yesterday. I still need to find a willing recipient/victim, as it is annoying trying to figure out how to wear an asymmetrical triangle. Yes, my autistic tendencies are to wear and make knitted items with at least bilateral symmetry. And I also hate the idea of deliberately wearing mismatched socks. All you artistic types who like doing that are Just Plain Effing Wrong in my arrogant opinion.

Now I’m trying to decide whether to cast on for a third autumn towel (cotton worsted weight) or for a red and green poncho/cowl (merino worsted weight). I’m not sure if I would make the red or the green the main color.

I was so lazy today; slept in, didn’t venture outside the house, didn’t wrap Christmas presents or finish decorating the tree. I did bike over 27 miles in the cold yesterday (I needed to put hand warmer packets into my gloves and neoprene booties over my cycling shoes, it was that cold out). I really want to take the coming week off, but I don’t have enough leave and there are things I need to get done at work.
