on the yarn jones. I managed to find a very nice local yarn store close to work and open late, and I am still wondering if I should have picked up that hand-dyed cashmere. However, a) they charged so much for the stuff, that I was wondering if the mob was involved somehow, and b) I still have plenty of yarn in my stash (4 WIPs on the needles, at least 5 project bunnies, then I should finish off my fic WIP and work on fic bunnies...)

However, the peace of mind from having the yarn in hand instead of wondering might not have been a bad idea.

Also, I will be taking a break from LJ for Lent.

ETA: I do find that knitting is a very soothing activity. So when I didn't knit last night, I was all twitchy today...
