AKICOLJ/DW: what's your favorite New Age or Latin jazz album? Preferably a) instrumental and/or b) female musicians/vocalists (yes, I have an iTunes gift certificate burning a hole in my pocket)

Ever listen to Adiemus? It's New Age-y, in a way -- the song lyrics are just a combination of random syllables, but composer Karl Jenkins works in a lot of different styles, and the female vocalists (mainly the glorious Miriam Stockley) do beautiful work. Here are a few YouTube links to my favourite songs from different albums:
