My Bigfoot shawl: one section with way more than 16 stitches. (I think a marker fell out as I was starting the body stitches)

a new washcloth (crochet with bobbles); not a multiple of 30 stitches anymore all of a sudden.

I'm afraid to pick up anything more complicated than my simple Lucy Neatby sock (and with the way things are going, I'll find a mistake in that tomorrow when I'm working on it during my commute)

There've been times when I found myself wondering the very same thing, and making a special point of not starting anything new or working on anything complicated until the malign influence has passed. (I gather retrograde means you're better off finishing old things than trying to start new ones anyway -- the occasional period of clearing out old projects is probably useful.)
